La Zagaleta
We have just added a great new build project in the La Zagaleta development in Benahavis Spain. The project has the possibilty of becoming one of the most exclusive properties within the region, if not Europe. There is the possibilty of purchasing a plot adjacent to where this villa is and this will give you the chance to have an internal build size close 2700m2, plus the basement.
There is currently a property on the plot at the moment and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. However the owner has had some great drawings done to help people better understand what could be done, given the sheer quality of the plot and views available. There really is what can only be described as panoramic, far reaching sea and mountain views.

We joined AR primarily to use the outside blog feature combined with Localism. These two have helped us get better page placement on Google searches within subdivisions. They’re worth checking out.
A side benefit of AR is the ability to learn from other agent’s social media creativity and make friends for future referrals. One good way to learn to use AR fast, is to read the posts of the AR staff and the “Ambassadors”. Good stuff there.
