We have found something pretty interesting within the La Zagaleta estate for people looking for a) a bargain and b) the opportunity to be involved in the construction process. The house will be of a substantial size when complete, offering 1160m2 of living space over 5 bedrooms. The breakdown in size for each floor will look like this. Ground floor - 340.26m2, 1st floor 220.16m, and the basement area - 600m2, the terracing covers some 62m2.
